#Returns at PostNL
You have a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exchange an item for a different size/color or to request a refund by dropping it off at a PostNL service point.
GET YOUR PACKAGE READY WITH THE DELIVERY PROOF
Pack the items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. It is important that you indicate in this document whether you need a different size/color or if you want to return the items and the items in question.
STICK THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE POSITION OF THE PACKAGE

To do this, go to one of the PostNL service points (a post office or parcel point) and send your package.
Once the product has been received in our warehouse, the size/color will be exchanged as soon as possible or the refund will be arranged.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with tags and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.
A return shipment must be provided with a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
